Public Service Division (PSD) announces an internship opportunity as part of its #PeoplePurposePossibilities program in Singapore. You will be exposed to leadership science and data-driven practices in leadership development, while gaining hands-on experience as a consulting-practitioner.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a keen interest in HR, ready to contribute to learning resource design and workshop delivery for Public Service leaders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of competency frameworks, 360 feedback surveys and how to design/curate meaningful interventions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Science – learn how leadership competencies contribute to leadership development.
• Learning & Development – contribute to the design of learning resources and planning and delivery of workshops for leaders.
