Institute of Public Sector Leadership (IPSL) within the Civil Service College in Singapore is seeking a results-driven professional to join the programmes team. You will diagnose learning needs, design and deliver interventions, and collaborate with senior leaders and HR officers to co-create effective solutions.

You will evaluate impact using feedback and data, and continuously improve learning interventions while managing risks and championing responsible experimentation to提升 public service

Qualifications

• Work professionally and independently to deliver good outcomes for the Civil Service College and the Singapore Public Service.
• Synthesise information and viewpoints to evaluate and recommend effective learning interventions.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners
• Partner & engage stakeholders with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner
• Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and various sources of data, for future improvement
• Strengthen learning interventions and work processes by experimenting responsibly
