• Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners.
• Partner & engage stakeholders (including senior leaders, external experts, HR officers) with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner.
• Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and data, for future improvement.
• Strengthen learning interventions and work processes by experimenting responsibly.
