Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in enterprise implementation or transformation projects.
• Hands-on Discovery and CMDB/CSDM expertise.
• Experience with ITOM and ITAM deployments in large environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead design workshops and provide architecture assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM architecture.
• Run Plan phase workshops to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures and implementation strategies.
• Define solution architecture, design principles, and implementation guidelines.
• Ensure CMDB/CSDM alignment and best practices across projects.
