Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing and deployment.
• Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the ServiceNow practice.
