Job summary

EY in Singapore seeks experienced ServiceNow professionals as Technical Senior Associate/Manager to design, implement and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions driving transformation. You will work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB, collaborating with clients, architects and delivery teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• Consulting or professional services experience required.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and platform customizations using best practices.
• Establish CMDB governance and data quality with CSDM alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and client demonstrations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development.
