Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on development, deep scripting skills, and mandatory CSA and CAD certifications. ITOM specialization and REST/SOAP integrations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Certifications: CSA, CAD mandatory; ITOM Specialist certification beneficial.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Request.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Define technical and development guidelines; review scripts and configurations.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
• Lead complex customizations while minimizing technical debt; troubleshoot production issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide customers.
