Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across ITOM and ITAM, with emphasis on CMDB/CSDM alignment, Discovery, HAM and SAM.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The successful candidate will lead solution design workshops during the Plan phase, define scalable technical architectures, ensure alignment with CMDB/CSDM standards and ServiceNow platform best practices, and provide architectural guidance and design assurance throughout the Execute phase.

• Experience designing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, technical design standards, and implementation best practices.
