Job summary

A leading construction consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage projects from inception to completion within budget. The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Quantity Surveying and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, showcasing strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of working experience in a cost consultancy/contracts management environment.
• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties.
• Good working knowledge of forms/conditions of contract.
• Membership with SISV, RICS or/and AIQS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring that work is within budget.
• Formulate procurement strategy and prepare tender documentation.
• Review variation requests and assess associated costs.
• Support Directors in project management.
