Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis for plant machinery at the Boon Lay site.

You will plan and schedule maintenance activities, manage critical spare parts, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize downtime while ensuring safe, reliable operations. The role requires hands-on automation knowledge and strong PLC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant heavy manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on automation troubleshooting and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment performance.
• Lead and supervise technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of plant machinery.
• Develop, plan and schedule maintenance activities to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and service providers for parts and maintenance services.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
