Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Boon Lay site in Singapore. The role covers troubleshooting, preventive maintenance leadership, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure reliable plant operations.

You will oversee a team of technicians, manage spare parts, and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics engineering and 2–3 years in heavy manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering.
2–3 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Hands-on automation systems troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is a plus.
Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and correct maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment.
Lead technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul.
Plan and schedule maintenance activities for safe operations.
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
Coordinate with suppliers for parts, support and services.
Monitor equipment performance and pursue improvements in reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
