Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Engineer for Jalan Boon Lay. You will perform troubleshooting, supervise technicians, plan maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable plant operations in a heavy manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering with 2–3 years of hands-on automation experience; steel manufacturing exposure is a plus and a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering or related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in automation systems, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Experience in the steel manufacturing industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Lead and supervise technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of plant machinery.
Develop, plan, and schedule maintenance activities to support safe, reliable plant operations.
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for parts and maintenance services.
Monitor equipment performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies.
