Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical/mechatronics assets at Jalan Boon Lay. The role requires hands-on maintenance, team supervision, and planning to keep production assets reliable and safe.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechatronics engineering with 2–3 years in heavy manufacturing, plus familiarity with automation, IPCs, PLCs, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on automation systems experience including troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Lead and supervise technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of plant machinery.
• Develop, plan, and schedule maintenance activities to support safe, reliable plant operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and service providers for technical support and parts.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest continuous improvement to enhance reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures and company policies.
