Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer based near Jalan Boon Lay. You will lead maintenance operations ensuring high equipment availability and safe plant performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, spare parts management, and coordinating with suppliers. A background in heavy manufacturing and automation systems is required, with PLC and drive control experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on automation system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience in steel manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of IPCs, PLC programming, drive control, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead technicians in preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and schedule maintenance activities for safe, reliable plant operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement and services.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
