Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Jurong West site.
You will perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime and lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance and repair of plant machinery. You will develop, plan, and schedule maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, while managing spare parts and coordinating with suppliers for parts and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronics engineering.
- 2–3 years in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on automation system maintenance and repair.
- Experience in steel manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong IPC, PLC, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Lead technicians in preventive maintenance and repair.
- Plan maintenance activities for safe, reliable operation.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts and services.
- Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
