A local brewery in Singapore is seeking an experienced Brewery Manager to lead operations and foster team development. This role involves overseeing brewing production, ensuring quality control, writing SOPs, and engaging with customers during events. Here, beers are brewed just metres from the table, the wood fire is always burning, and the space hums with good conversation, great music, and shared moments. From casual catch-ups and milestone celebrations to big sporting events watched together with a cold beer in hand, it’s a place to gather with friends, meet new people, and often stay a little longer than planned.

Team building, leadership, and management.
Management and execution of the production schedule, keeping operations on track no matter the challenge.
Wort production on our 3 vessel semi-automated brewhouse while fostering ‘ownership’ – someone who can take the reins and become the SME of our brewing operation from opening.
Packaging equipment operation (canning/bottling/kegging).
Establishing and fostering a work safe and OH&S compliant environment.
Writing SOPs and propuesta helping to refine orCallbacks them with your team as we build the brewery and its operations from the ground up.
Cellar management – CIP, Centrifuge operation, filtration, serving tank operations.
Yeast husbandry and strain management.
Scheduling, tracking, and performing routine maintenance.
Working collaboratively with the head brewer to deliver top-tier products and customer experience.
Continuously development your skills through learning opportunities.
Lab and QC work (e.g. cell counting, PCR operation, ABV measurements).
Establishing and maintaining a thorough quality control and assurance program.
Accurate data entry and spotless record keeping.
Supporting distillery production and packaging.
Representing the brand and engaging with customers at events in-house, in trade, and internationally.
Leading and training the team on brewery tours, tastings, and private beer events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum 5 years commercial brewery production experience with 2 of those in a leadership position.
High-level formal education in brewing.
Solid computer literacy (Excel, Word, and brewing software).
A strong and effective communicator.
Has a high level of creatively with a focus on innovation and pushing boundaries.
A positive working attitude and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team.
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A strong passion for quality and consistency across everything you do.
Physically capable of comfortably lifting 30kg repeatedly.
Strong ability to learn, take notes, and follow procedures.
Willing and able to adapt to a dynamic schedule with variable working hours.
