Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The contract will be project-based, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses according to established protocols and procedures
• Perform routine and non-routine testing on various samples, including but not limited to raw materials, in-process samples, and final products
• Record and analyze data accurately and efficiently using various software and tools
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning and calibration
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate results and findings to project teams and clients in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in project meetings and provide input and suggestions for process improvement
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in laboratory techniques and equipment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record and analyze data
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with GMP regulations is a plus
