Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Production Support Associate to provide 24x7 support for Core Banking applications in Singapore. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage releases, and liaise with peer teams, infrastructure, vendors, and security to ensure seamless operations.

You will handle production incidents within SLA, drive process improvements, and support ongoing service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations; Sunline Core Banking is a plus.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and SQL.
• Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana).
• Strong problem-solving and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and incident management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage implementations of new application releases following release management best practices.
• Collaborate with Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams.
• Manage Production issues and respond within SLA.
• Enhance support processes to maintain/improve service level and quality.
• Support night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Job description

Salary: SGD 4500 to 6000

1. 1) Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
2. 2) To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
3. 3) To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
4. 4) To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors,
5. 5) Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
6. 6) Managing Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
7. 7) To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.

Qualifications:

1. 1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2) 2-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
3. 3) Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable. Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidates. Experience in Unix / Linux / SQL.
4. 4) Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch ang Graphana.
5. 5) Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. 6) Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
7. 7) Knowledge incident management processes is a plus.

Shift Timing

1. 1) Morning shift 6am to 3pm
2. 2) General shift 9am to 6pm.
3. 3) Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
4. 4) Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays
