Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is recruiting for an L2 Application/Production Support role in Singapore. The position supports Java/J2EE applications, troubleshooting with SQL, and managing web apps, batch jobs, and production systems.

Candidates should have a degree in IT or CS and at least 1 year of relevant experience in application/production support or a path from Java development into support.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of application/production support experience or Java developers willing to move into a support role.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL and Linux/Unix.
• Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBoss, MariaDB and Shell scripting.
• Banking industry experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, teamwork and ownership mindset.
