Job summary

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Production Support professional to provide round-the-clock support for core banking applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate infrastructure maintenance, manage release implementations, and work with multiple partners including application teams, infrastructure, vendors, and security to ensure seamless business operations. The role requires 1–3 years in banking IT support and strong incident-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with core banking operations; Sunline Core Banking is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch and Grafana.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of incident management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage implementations of new application releases; adhere to release management best practices.
• Collaborate with Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams to ensure seamless business support.
• Manage production issues and respond promptly according to SLAs.
• Enhance support processes to maintain or improve service levels and quality.
