Job summary

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Production Support professional to provide round-the-clock support for core banking applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate infrastructure maintenance, manage release implementations, and work with multiple partners including application teams, infrastructure, vendors, and security to ensure seamless business operations. The role requires 1–3 years in banking IT support and strong incident-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with core banking operations; Sunline Core Banking is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch and Grafana.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of incident management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
• To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
• To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
• Managing Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
• To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable. Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidates.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch ang Grafana.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge incident management processes is a plus.

Shift Timing

Morning shift 6am to 3pm
General shift 9am to 6pm.
Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays based on the needs.
