Job summary

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Production Support professional to provide round-the-clock support for Core Banking applications in a fast-paced banking environment.

The role includes coordinating infrastructure maintenance, managing new release deployments, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless business support. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, 1–3 years in IT production support (preferably in banking/financial services),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations; Sunline Core Banking familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of incident management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage deployments of new application releases per the release management process.
• Collaborate with Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams to provide seamless business support.
• Manage production issues with timely response per SLA.
• Enhance support processes to maintain or improve service levels and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 support on Core Banking applications.
• To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
• To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
• To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors,
• Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
• Managing Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
• To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable. Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidates.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch ang Grafana.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge incident management processes is a plus.

Shift Timing

1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays based on the needs.
