Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support communications capability development through the design and delivery of relevant learning opportunities, stakeholder engagement, and learning initiatives.

You will work with internal stakeholders, training providers, industry practitioners, and subject-matter experts to curate quality learning programmes, coordinate learning activities, and drive participation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience in sourcing, evaluating, curating, or managing learning programmes.
• Strong project and programme management skills with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, external providers, industry professionals, or subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and curate learning programmes to strengthen communications competencies.
• Source and coordinate training programmes and resources from external providers.
• Review and organise courses by competencies and proficiency levels.
• Maintain a structured learning resource to help employees find opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate webinars and learning events with industry practitioners.
• Manage end-to-end programme coordination including logistics and communications.
• Coordinate the annual learning calendar and quarterly planning cycles.
