Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a driven Learning & Development professional to support leadership development initiatives and capability-building programmes in Singapore. The role involves coordinating communications, scheduling and engagement across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution.

You will assist in delivering training, coordinating assessments, and supporting coaching activities, while tracking outcomes and producing evaluation reports to strengthen organisational leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience in training or leadership development advantageous.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency, esp. PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and implementation of leadership development initiatives.
• Assist in the delivery of learning and capability-building programmes.
• Coordinate programme communications, scheduling and participant engagement activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitators and external partners to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Monitor programme timelines and deliverables.
• Support project administration and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate leadership assessment and feedback exercises.
• Support coaching engagements and leadership development activities.
• Compile programme statistics and evaluation reports.
• Track programme outcomes and feedback.
