Zusammenfassung

YCH Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in Singapore to drive organisation-wide capability building. You will translate business priorities into learning programmes, develop leadership pipelines and manage programmes across onboarding, internships and scholarships.

You will partner with HR, business leaders and external providers to ensure impactful learning outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, Education and Human Resource or equivalent; WSQ ACTA/ACLP preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience leading Learning, Talent and Organisational Development strategies.
• Team player with initiative, organized and resourceful.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with customer service aptitude.
• Professional, with interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, planning and organizing skills.

Aufgaben

• Support L&D strategies, roadmaps and frameworks aligned with business priorities.
• Assess capability needs and identify gaps to tailor interventions.
• Design and deliver learning programmes across classroom, virtual and on-the-job formats.
• Work with SMEs to develop relevant learning content aligned with requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and organisation-wide learning initiatives.
• Monitor effectiveness through feedback and data; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate talent development, scholarships, EduRise, internships and programs.
• Support governance, LMS usage and compliance, audits and records.
• Manage stakeholder relations and funding opportunities; support business growth.
• Budget planning and resource management for L&D initiatives.
