Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support communications capability development through the design and delivery of learning opportunities, stakeholder engagement, and initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, training providers, industry practitioners, and subject-matter experts to curate quality programmes, coordinate activities, and drive participation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, curating, or managing learning programmes.
• Strong project and programme management with ability to manage multiple activities.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, external providers, and subject-matter experts.
• Strong communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in leadership development or organisational capability building is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and curate learning programmes to strengthen communications competencies.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate training programmes from external providers.
• Review courses and map to defined competencies and proficiency levels.
• Maintain a structured learning resource to help employees identify opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate communications-focused webinars and learning sessions.
• Manage end-to-end programme coordination including logistics and scheduling.
• Coordinate the annual learning calendar and quarterly planning cycles.
• Engage training institutions, providers, and industry practitioners for learning programmes.
• Track programme activities, timelines, participation, and follow-ups.
