MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated logistics support specialist to coordinate sales support and logistics solutions for key accounts.

You will work with Sales, Operations and other departments to implement new accounts, ensure smooth service delivery and identify upselling opportunities while focusing on warehousing, transportation and customs. The role requires 2–3 years in logistics or related fields and a Bachelor's degree.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin or related field.
• 2–3 years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or customer sales support.
• Experience in key account management and customer implementation preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehousing, transportation and customs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sales support and logistics solutions for key accounts.
• Work with Sales, Operations and other departments to implement new accounts and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to support business growth.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve operational issues and maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor shipment operations, order management and service performance.
• Coordinate with Warehousing, Transportation, Customs and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support pricing reviews, cost analysis and service improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
