Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Ability to build and maintain corporate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers to expand market presence
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
• Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services, including import/export shipments, sea freight, air freight, local transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to convert sales opportunities
• Analyse customers' logistics requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of shipments
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer enquiries to maximize conversion rates
• Conduct regular customer visits to build rapport and develop new accounts
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and freight rates to inform sales strategies
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute actively to the company's business growth
• Resolve outstanding customer issues promptly to maintain strong customer relationships
