• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities locally.
• Implement strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored logistics solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain close contact with customers regularly in order to build a strong rapport for more business support and market intelligence.
• Prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and exceed KPIs.
• Provide support to the Operations Team when required.
