We are a top digital agency working closely with TikTok and Meta as a TikTok Gold Partner and Meta Business Partner. Trusted by some of the most dynamic brands in the region, we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our elite team and help clients grow through powerful campaign strategies.
- Pitch and close sales.
- Plan and strategise digital marketing campaigns inclusive of social media campaign, Google campaign and event.
- Copywriting support for social media ad copies, captions, scripting, website and design materials.
- Facilitate shoots and events.
- Meet clients to propose plans and ideas, follow up, and build rapport.
- Review campaigns report with clients, monitor the campaigns and suggest adjustment that can improve the results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and clear communication.
- Work with our team to plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Write effective ad copy to support social media and advertising campaign goals.
- Execute and manage digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Meeting client’s cost per lead (CPL) KPIs, Marketing ROI/ROAS and strategizing with the customer-facing team on reporting and next steps.
- Build processes and standards that continually improve campaign lead outcomes, marketing quality, as well as timeliness.
- Monitor and share performance data with clients, offering actionable insights.
- Write compelling ad copies that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to guide clients effectively.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and match client expectations.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to align on project tasks.
- Manage client feedback and implement necessary changes promptly.
Requirements
- No prior experience required.
- Education level: N-level are welcome.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Mandarin is essential to handle Chinese-speaking clients)
- Proficient in English and Chinese writing.
- Professional, driven, and capable of managing high-value clients.
