You will work with suppliers, monitor quality, train new staff, uphold hygiene, and support expansion plans. Monthly dishes and beverages, staff meals, and outlet rewards accompany a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team and manage staff performance.
• Develop menus and maintain accurate dish costing.
• Oversee stock organization, dating, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on supply ordering and cost control.
• Ensure recipes and SOPs are followed for brand standards.
• Respond to guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Train new kitchen staff and mentor others.
• Maintain purchasing, receiving and storage standards.
• Ensure hygiene and grooming standards for kitchen staff.
• Maintain equipment per standards and report issues to management.
