  • Contribute your creativity to developing grill-forward dishes and seasonal menus
  • Keep an eye on food quality, portioning, and storage so standards stay high
  • Track food costs and update costing sheets to keep us efficient without cutting corners
  • Team up with the service and marketing crew to launch menus, specials, and events
  • Join daily pre-service huddles and weekly ops meetings to keep everyone aligned
  • Jump in to help the service team when needed—we’re all about teamwork
  • Make sure the kitchen stays clean, organized, and equipment is working smoothly

During Service

  • Explain dishes and ingredients confidently to staff and, when needed, to guests
  • Handle guest feedback on food with professionalism and care

Team & Leadership

Health & Safety

  • Make sure the kitchen meets hygiene and safety standards every day
  • Stay on top of proper food labeling, storage, and handling
  • Do daily checks of freezers and chillers to keep everything at the right temperature with records up to date

And a Little Extra
