Job description

Responsibilities

• The preparation of Bill Quantities From plans, describing the Material, items of work and the quantities required and Quantity Taken from hard copy, Computer using AUTOCAD software.
• Monitoring Exection Works / Tracking actual coast Vs. budget.
• Monthly client variations,Cash flow forecasts, Monthly sub-contract valuation assessments, Procurement-materials, labor & plant, Coast reporting, Cost analysis , Extension of time claims, Attend monthy cost meetings, Sub-contractors payments, Cost value reconciliation, Process monthly payments and Final accounts.
• Material reconciliation based on the Qty. of Materials received, Qty. of materials used, and balance on site and the calculate the material wastage.
