- Develop detailed project plans, including task allocation and scheduling.
- Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Manage project resources, budget, and overall cost control.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers, partners, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to the company's project management frameworks and processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients to clarify requirements and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project management within software development projects.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating and managing project documentation and schedules.
