Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful delivery of software development projects, including any associated hardware infrastructure setup and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including task allocation and scheduling.
• Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project resources, budget, and overall cost control.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers, partners, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to the company's project management frameworks and processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients to clarify requirements and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project management within software development projects.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in creating and managing project documentation and schedules.
