A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Junior Indoor Sales cum Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person visits. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. This role offers a salary range of 2.5k to 3.5k SGD monthly along with bonuses and AWS. You will build relationships with customers and ensure their inquiries are efficiently managed.
Junior Indoor Sales cum Customer Support Executive | 2.5k to 3.5k + VB + AWS
5 days work week (Monday- Friday,9am- 6pm)
Working location: Changi East (Alps Ave)

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries
Provide service information and prepare quotations
Follow up with customers on leads and orders
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
Assist customers with basic service or support requests
Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Minimum 6 months -1 year experience in sales or customer service (freshers may also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally
Must have a logistics knowledge
