TNO SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Junior HR Software Consultant to assist with HRMS and PAYROLL support within ERP systems. You will plan, set up, troubleshoot, and implement payroll functions, while engaging in small-scale IT projects and stakeholder collaboration.

The role includes training, documentation, and post-implementation support, with opportunities for upskilling and hands-on practice.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate welcome.
• Having worked with other payroll software as an implementor or support would be a plus.
• Junior Executive specialized in HRMS/PAYROLL, IT/Software or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with good work ethics and good interpersonal skills.
• 5 days work week, Monday to Friday.

Job description

The Junior HR Software Consultant role is responsible for assisting with technical/functional support for the payroll functions of the ERP systems including planning, setting up, troubleshooting and implementation.

He/She is also responsible for small scale project management, development, quality assurance, security and review of the payroll function.

Analytical and logical, he/she is required to manage the small scale HRMS/IT projects and analyse HRMS/IT issues raised. He/She is also expected to deal with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the work.

Candidate will be provided with training, upskilling, and hands-on practise.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HRMS/PAYROLL, IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
• Self-motivated with good work ethics and good interpersonal skills
