A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage administrative duties including recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance. Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field, construction background preferred.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.

- Manage HR administrative duties including recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle work pass applications and related purchasing.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records with high accuracy.

Descriptions
- Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
- Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
- Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
- Assist on payroll processing
- Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
- Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Graduate student are also welcome to apply.
- Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
