Job summary

EMINENCE ORGANIZATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR assistant who enjoys working with people and has eye for detail. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, onboarding, maintain employee records, assist with payroll and attendance, and support HR initiatives.

Based in Singapore at Raffles Place, the role runs 9:30am–6pm with a monthly salary range of SGD 2,600–3,000. A 1–2 year HR background and strong communication are preferred, with opportunities to grow across HR functions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
