Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic events coordinator to lead planning and execution for various client events in Singapore. You will work with clients and internal teams to define objectives, themes, and requirements, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery.

The role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendor contracts, and optimizing budgets while collaborating with marketing to boost attendance and engagement. Entry-level candidates are welcome and training is available.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex event logistics.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and requirements for tailored event planning.
• Coordinate event logistics such as catering, entertainment, transportation, signage, audiovisual equipment, and other services to ensure smooth event execution.
• Select, manage, and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality event services.
• Conduct cost analysis and financial evaluations to optimize event budgets and achieve cost savings.
• Partner with marketing teams to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Collect and analyze feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess event success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues during event planning and execution.
• Ensure all events comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and safety standards.
