Responsibilities include end-to-end logistics, vendor management, registrations, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting, with a strong emphasis on budget control, timelines, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• Energetic and passionate about events and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of corporate events and activations from initial concept and planning through on-ground execution.
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, A/V requirements, and transportation.
• Work with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Keep events on track and on budget by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources with precision and accountability.
• Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination for seamless attendee experiences.
• Serve as central point of contact for vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Gather post-event feedback to evaluate success and surface improvement recommendations.
• Prepare clear event documentation including contracts, run sheets, schedules, and post-event summaries.
