• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing corporate events.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Oversee event logistics including networking, catering, AV and transportation.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations and itineraries for attendees.
• Handle administrative tasks related to programs/events.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
