Job summary

A high-growth Global Fintech in Singapore is seeking a Java Engineer to contribute to its innovative eTrading platform. You will be involved in the full software development life cycle, including building and testing new software, and enhancing existing solutions. The role offers a fully remote environment initially, moving to a hybrid model, with opportunities for learning and growth within a diverse team. Competitive compensation of $11,600 SGD plus benefits is provided.

What your exciting days will look like and the initiatives:

• You will participate in the full software development life cycle of systems through to project delivery.
• Analysis, proposing, building, testing, fixing and integrating the new software, as well as enhancements of currently built solutions.
• Analysis and improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
• You will be working within an expert team that is spread across AU, UK, US, Canada and Asia.

The must have skills and experience are:

• Extensive experience as a Java Engineer and/or similar position.
• Trading Platform experience.
• Core Java.
• Low Latency.
• Unix/Linux.
• Strong knowledge of test driven development.
