SINGAPORE CONSORTIUM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking an IT Officer to manage IT support for about 20 staff, including desktop and server administration. The role covers application maintenance, account setup, security, backups, and liaising with providers for upgrades.

Ideal candidates hold an ITE/Poly diploma in Computer Engineering or IT, with strong communication and independent working ability; experience with AD, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell and SQL/SSRS is a plus.

Qualificações

• ITE/Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP; familiarity with Windows PowerShell.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSRS; knowledge of Azure is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st/2nd level remote/onsite IT support for 20 staff.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; set up accounts for new users.
• Maintain in-house system using C# in ASP.NET environment; manage inventory and licenses.
• Liaise with external providers for upgrades and new projects; ensure security and backups.
