Job description

• Upkeep of network infrastructure, hardware, CCTV, communication, and GPS systems;
• Software troubleshooting for Windows OS;
• Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
• Resolution of day-to-day IT issues in the office;
• Outlook installation, MS Exchange management, and antivirus deployment are among the responsibilities
• When necessary, work on stand-alone IT projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working in complex IT infrastructure, including CLOUD solutions, networking, and enterprise storage platforms;
• Minimum Diploma in Computer System Maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft System Center, along with strong networking abilities, particularly in virtual infrastructure and wide area network (WAN) planning and implementation, are among the job-specific skills required.
