Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to provide end-to-end troubleshooting and user support across all Singapore offices. The role covers hardware exchanges, app and email support, and printer/network issues.

You will log all cases, escalate when necessary, and assist in renewals of licenses and service agreements while ensuring endpoint security per IT policies. Travel within Singapore may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Troubleshooting Intranet/Internet, TCP/IP, DHCP.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across Singapore offices.
• Exchange laptops/desktops, install applications, manage emails and printers.
• Track and log all cases; escalate to second-level/vendor when needed.
• Review and renew annual service agreements and licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and upgrade systems.
• Ensure endpoints are secured per IT policies and antivirus coverage.
• Train end-users as required.
• Familiarise with HRIS system upgrades/maintenance.

Job description

• Provide on-site support to all offices in Singapore and serve as point of contact for all inbound service requests from users.
• On-site support for laptops/desktops exchange, applications, emails, printers and other hardware and networking related issues.
• Trackall support with work logs on all cases, close or elevate to second-level/vendors and follow up until the problems are solved.
• Reviewing and Renewal of Annual Service Agreement, Licenses etc..
• Liaisewith Vendors and System providers to perform troubleshooting,rectification, and assistance in upgrading works on all systemsinstalled in our offices.
• Ensure all endpoints are properly configured and secured with anti-virus protection and according to IT policies.
• Performgeneral preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printersand any other authorised peripheral equipment. Housekeeping of serverroom and equipment Racks.
• Provided training to end-user as required.
• Implement and audit necessary controls and procedures to protect information according to IT policies.
• Familarise with HRIS system upgrading/maintenance
  

Administrative Responsibilities

• Raise IT requests for new employees.
• Sourcefor products, evaluate, propose, install, implement, and maintain newor existing office hardware and software (e.g., laptops etc)
• Provide operation support to system and network administrator and vendors.
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Troubleshooting skills on Intranet and Internet, TCP/IP, DHCP, Windows and Mac OS, windows security is a must.
• Willing to travel within Singapore and to perform administrative tasks e.g. audits, training.
• Must be able to handle all Administrative role when assigned.
