Job summary

HI-P SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver daily end-user assistance and perform basic server and network administration at two site locations in Singapore.

The role includes asset management, documentation, and cybersecurity training for staff. You will engage in onboarding, ensure data backups, and support business applications and phone systems. A Diploma or Degree in IT plus relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field as required.
• MCP/MCSE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Windows servers and basic networking is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to end-users; perform first/second level helpdesk for two sites (Jurong East and Pioneer).
• Carry out basic system and network administration at site level (accounts, printers, security, WiFi, VPN).
• Manage IT asset inventory, procurement and maintenance of devices and software.
• Prepare user guides, IT policies and participate in audits (ISO, cybersecurity).
• Conduct IT orientations and cybersecurity awareness training for staff; assist on-site projects.
