Job summary

You will oversee network systems, server administration, IT security and IT assets, delivering hands-on support and driving improvements to meet evolving business needs.

This role requires a qualification in Computer Science or IT, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Computer Science or IT-related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in network systems, servers, wireless/LAN, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, network, servers, and security.
• Provide high-level IT helpdesk support for desktop, software, and network issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper configuration and asset tracking.
