Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Support Officer to maintain desktops, laptops, software, NAS, printers, and backup systems at Tuas, with company transport provided from Boon Lay.

You will troubleshoot network issues in a Windows domain (TCP/IP, AD, wireless, firewalls, routers, switches), manage corporate email (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync), and perform system administration for servers.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Manage and support corporate email systems. (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync)
• Perform system administration for various servers.
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infrastructure-related projects, including telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and IT equipment.
• Requires hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
