Qualifications

Professional certifications or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Proven experience in IT management, troubleshooting, and network administration.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, server management, database administration, and security software.
Experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and project management.
Proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain company hardware including servers and laptops to ensure reliable IT infrastructure.
Manage and update software and network systems to support seamless organizational operations.
Develop and implement security measures such as firewalls and data backups to protect company data and systems.
Provide technical helpdesk support to employees, resolving IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Align IT operations with organizational goals by planning and deploying new technology solutions that improve efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors to procure IT services, hardware, and software, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Set up and manage user accounts, enforce network security protocols, and maintain data integrity across systems.
