Job summary

You will handle Level 2 and Level 3 support for HQ and outlets, troubleshoot PCs, printers, networks, and MS 365, manage VM and firewall policies, and assist with outlet openings and IT upgrades. The ideal candidate has a IT-related diploma/degree and 3–5 years of experience with strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support, system administration and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Azure, Entra, AWS, VMware and Fortigate.
• Experience supporting POS systems in retail/F&B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform system installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT equipment, asset records and inventory.

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong individual to provide technical support across our corporate office and retail operations. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, maintaining system and network reliability, and providing technical support for our retail POS Systems.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years relevant experience in IT support, system administration and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Azure, Entra, AWS, VMware & Fortigate.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across both end-user and system-level issues.
• Experience supporting POS systems, preferably in a retail/F&B environment, will be an advantage.
• Resourceful, service-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable providing both remote and onsite support at retail outlets.
• Willing to provide after-hours/weekend support when required for critical issues, outlet openings, roadshows or events.
